My goal is to keep you motivated and focused on achieving your goals, and then living your dream of crossing the finish line.

All athletes receive a Training Peaks Premium account included when signing up for coaching. Athletes are encouraged to invest in wearable technology that automatically uploads workout data to Training Peaks. This data is the basis to planning your racing success, and monitoring your training progress.

Built out every 2 weeks, custom structured workouts are designed for your specific goals, ability, and progress. Structured workouts can be downloaded to a fitness device allowing you to have your workout plan with you whenever you are ready to go. A compatible device is required.
